Shipping and Returns
AR POLICIES EFFECTIVE APRIL 16, 2009

ASIA RUSTIC RETURN POLICY:

All items purchased from the AR web site are returnable for a full refund or store credit within
ten (10) days of receipt for any reason as long as the customer follows this procedure:
1. All original packing must be saved and returned with the item,
2. The item must be shipped prepaid, insured to the Asia Rustic Showroom:

4. Prior to shipping the item the customer must notify AR at sales@asiarustic.com in writing the reason for the return.

ASIA RUSTIC RETURN POLICY FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:


For items damaged in shipment please notify sales@asiarustic.com immediately upon receiving the item. Notice of damage later than 10 days after receipt of shipment will be disallowed.

ASIA RUSTIC SHIPPING:

Except for special short-term promotions shipping costs for all on-line purchases will be charged standard shipping rates from New York City to the final destination. Shipping cost will be charged at time of checkout. Asia Rustic will not ship COD.
